ARE YOUR ESA RIGHTS PROTECTED BY LAW?

This ESA ID card may be sufficient when presented to individuals in your everyday life. The ID card, in addition to a vest, collar tag, or leash, often go unquestioned. However, federal law explicitly requires you to present an ESA Prescription Letter to your landlord to receive legal protection for you and your Emotional Support Animal. We will offer ESA Letters for Housing very soon and we will contact all customers when we have ESA Letters available.
